Disabled patrons must inform each venue in advance or when Booking to enable us
to remove aisle seating for any wheelchair access.

Tickets Held @ Box Office for settlement on the
Performance night subject to the following:-
You will be guaranteed an unreserved seat on a
'first come, first
secured' basis in the Auditorium
or Balcony on the night. We recommend that you get to the Venue early
between 7.30-8.00pm
to claim your unpaid
tickets as they will be sold
on the door to any stand-by's if not claimed within 15 minutes of the Performance
scheduled. Tickets will be
held for late
arrivals provided they are paid for in
advance or telephone assurance is given
that you will be arriving late if stuck in transit.. Any
unclaimed/unpaid tickets may result in the withdrawal of trust from the
individuals for future Events. Any tickets returned will be held
pending sale of the remainder of the un-booked tickets - only if returned
tickets are re-sold will a future gig credit be applicable. Tickets for future events can be
purchased on Performance Nights by methods listed above. Tickets
can be
held in your
surname for collection on the night; please bring any mail confirmation to assist with your claim.
Telephone Box Office closes at 5pm on the night of the Performance as we have to
depart to setting up the Venue. You can come
along on spec if you are a later - there is every chance you will get a
seat albeit in the Balcony which also has good sight lines and sound
reception.

deliver tickets to recipients in the Venue Vicinity or indeed post them to those
with far flung addresses.

Liquid Refreshments are available
at most venues and can normally be taken to the seat of your choice.
Please be in your seats and
settled at least 10 minutes before the Concert Performance starts.
Performances will commence
generally at 8.30pm sharp unless otherwise listed and
consist of two sets.
There will be a short
Intermission between sets for refreshments for both the Audience and the Musicians
- time to buy your CD's and get it Autographed by Paul. Second set will finish
just before 11.00pm in consideration of the needs of local residents who
often fail to share our enthusiasm for Jazz.
